From mass production to a single prototype, we can handle everything. We are capable of total production, including subsequent surface treatments such as painting and plating.
At Protech Japan, we handle "sheet metal processing," which includes cutting, bending, welding, and drilling of metal sheets, as well as "press processing," which involves shaping (plastic processing) by applying strong force with tools that sandwich metal materials. Utilizing equipment such as laser processing machines and NC benders, we can perform a total range of processing from various types to finishing. Additionally, we have installed a nitrogen generation system for clean cutting of stainless steel, making it possible to accommodate such needs.
